BFM Mobile Studio
Young musicians in rural areas in Burundi don't have many opportunities to record and distribute their music. We want to change this. Our goal is not only creating opportunities for young talent to record and collaborate with more established musicians or upcoming artists, but also to try explore the realities of youth culture through expression in music – the stories behind the words through their songs.
We work in partnership with community radio stations as they are an entry point into the community, a link to local musicians. Thanks BFM Mobile Studio our project, young musicians in rural areas are getting a chance to record and distribute their work, thanks to our mobile studio and dreams become true.
